People who work hard will not get recognised . Full of favouritism. Politics. Micro management. Selfish people . Even colleagues will not tell your name in team appreciation meeting if you helped them . Because there is politics between colleagues also .

Political environment Very less exposure to React, Redux technologies mentioned in the JD No vision in the upper management, company is not doing well in terms of finance. No extra benefits, just getting salary. No job security.
