      Fast paced organization with lots of growth potential

      Pros

      Things move fast at the organization which allows me to wear multiple hats and adds a lot of diversity to my day. Additionally, there is a clear line of sight to the ultimate goal of the organization and my role which is getting us to pathway to consistent growth. So this leads itself to work on a lot of different challenges as well as creative problem-solving. The other aspect which is great is that the product has been developed with a lot of innovative capabilities for the enterprise market. This should allow the organization to breach the next level in terms of growth and customer acquisition. Finally, I love the collaboration across the entire organization. I get to work with colleagues across the globe (Lisbon, Singapore, Atlanta, SF etc.) on various projects and tasks. This is an amazing experience for me because on any given call you will here 5 different accents!

      Cons

      There have been a few changes lately from an organizational standpoint which is always difficult. Even though the decisions are difficult, it is good that the organization made the calls now in order to focus on ensuring the right culture as well as right alignment with goals. I have become an early riser at Zinier since I have to work with a global team and sometimes have to have late nights due to calls with APAC. It bothered me a little at first but now I am actually enjoying the early mornings since I get a chance to do early morning runs :).

      Once they mailed us a pair of socks.

      Cons

      Don't expect HR to do things like respond to employer verifications so you can refinance your mortgage. Expect no support. Very little onboarding. Unstable work environment where people cycle in and out without notice. Product not fully baked or market ready.
