      Great Product + Great Team + Great Market

      Pros

      Zinier is serving a market that is plagued with inefficiencies and old school processes. Field Service Automation is the future and Zinier's product is well regarded for that market. Highly engaged and expanding customers, and the new sales team is killing it. The market is large and is ripe for disruption. This is one the best group of people I have ever worked with. The culture is great, they look after each other and go after solving problems together as a team.

      Cons

      COVID year was a difficult and the company went through some restructuring. Even though many companies around the globe were implementing cost reduction exercises, it still took a toll on the team's moral. We are out of it, and on to bigger and greater things. Cant wait to see Zinier grow and dominate this market.

      The best startup in the market. Friendly people to work with. Decent salary Free lunch and snakes

      Cons

      Due to covid situation they have fired a lots of people. Some people thinks that they are owner of the company. Learning material is not there for new joinee, you have to learn from your side. Depend upon JSON , which can suck your mind.

      Quite frankly the pros of the company dissipated when the company grew past 60-80 employee size

      Cons

      Please don’t believe the positive reviews here - the product is a whole lot of marketing jargon, the business teams are fairly inept from the executives down to the IC’s. - no real application of AI (all marketing, no data scientists or ML/AI engineers at the company should be a dead giveaway) - product grossly promises (it’s positioned as a highly configurable enterprise platform that’s advertised as easy to configure / integrate when in reality there’s hardly a stable demo environment) - no real customers - most hires are not made because they’re qualified to do the job - underpays staff, layoffs, extremely high turnover with no real company culture - honestly go somewhere else to grow your career, this company is just a smoke screen for smart founders that know how to raise money but outside of that it’s an utter disaster
