      I wasted a year of my life at this company.

      Pros

      Annual hobby fund. Knowledge of certain industries. Productivity tools, indicative of a well-funded Silicon Valley start-up. Some team members truly care.

      Cons

      I would like to list my grievances, but it seems management has threatened said behaviour as libel.

As a company enduring hyper-growth, we also understand that the pace and culture will not fit everyone's style.       when startup vision is left to bean-counters

      Pros

      Until the first (of several) round of lay-off, the entire Zinier team were focused and worked together as the best multi-national team I have ever been a part.

      Cons

      Reality and understanding of the customer landscape and what is expected of a "enterprise-ready" company is more lacking than ever now. Stability of a platform comes with certain responsibilities when trying to fit into the "enterprise-ready" category.
