Many positives working at Zinier. One of the most being the ease of access to get things done. This means you don't need 5 meetings, 4 approvals to execute and implement on a plan. We're at a stage in which speed of execution is vital the success of each individuals role. Joined Zinier to due to the product being the most innovative product on the market along with being an enterprise solution. This is not just a SaaS solution, the product is truly is PaaS, where the end customer can also build upon the platform. I am a remote worker and it's such a great feeling to be able to accommodate doctor appointments and household errands. Due to Covid, the organization has fully adopted a remote working philosophy allowing each person to have what they need in order to to be successful. Ownership. No job is too small. No micromanagement. It feels great to know that you have to the trust of your managers, coworkers and everyone in the organization. Current stage of the organization allows of any single individual to have a high level of impact on the present and future. Organization had recently going through a necessary remodel in order to make sure all departments are aligned to goals, the transparency during this tough time was great to see.
Cons
Because we are remote, it sometimes hard to build the relationships with the rest of the team members. Health benefits are okay, nothing fancy.
