Hybrid work is nice and sometimes we get lunch.

Cons

Disorganized leadership team that never come into office which causes low morale. Wheels spin in circles and promises get broken and nothing ever actually gets done. The elitism is through the roof- execs and senior leadership only talk to each other and do not care for their teams. My team has personally been the victims of terrible treatment from above. There is little to no mentorship or career opportunity growth. The overuse of AI is absurd- no one thinks for themselves anymore. There is NO authenticity.

Salary is nice Perks are something to look out for such as health coverage and gym membership.

Cons

The workload is to an extent that it is unmanageable with a fixed employee base and new employees are not hired. Process do not have fixed and available SOP.
