having a job is nice.

Cons

the shift in leadership to zinnia was horrendous. everyone was right to be skeptical, as nothing went according to plan once zinnia was in charge. absolutely no direction from senior leadership, competing priorities, and no accountability whatsoever. growth is unattainable--promised but never delivered upon, cannot be trusted.
