Pros

Phenomenal Leadership team! Zinnia Leadership has a clear strategic plan founded on three principles: Transparency, Speed, and Innovation. They are driven to deliver and their spirt is contagious! Clear value proposition! Objective driven outcomes are milestones enroute to the pinnacle of performance: An exceptional insurance experience for the entire service chain! Empowered associates! We are not only positioned to serve as change agents and insurance innovators within the scope of our functions, but we are empowered to lean in and challenge anything that gets in the way of delivering an exceptional insurance experience! Unparalleled learning opportunities! If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you. The scope of opportunities means that there is something new to learn every day! On top of that, the Learning and Development team has a huge offering of regimented opportunities as well!

Cons

The team has made an incredible amount of positive and impactful changes in a short period of time. The next step is to challenge, change, and where necessary remove administrative and non-value-added activities. There is a good communication dynamic in place, and we’re poised to turn the next corner!

Bad management

Pros

Nice teammates until they get laid off.

Cons

Bad management and terrible culture. My manager didn't even bother to talk to me for over a year. He only valued team leads and everyone else was expendable. Also the big companies are slowly moving away from the business which really hurts the revenue. I had a feeling I wouldn't be getting a raise in a long time. I actually asked for a raise before I left and found out my manager doesn't like when people ask for raises. I'm at a place now where I'm valued and appreciated. The culture is way more positive. When I said I came from SE2/Zinnia, their response was... "oh I'm so sorry."

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are committed to building a great culture together and managers having frequent conversations with their team members is a major component of that to ensure needed support is offered throughout the year. We do recognize that there is work to be done and value your honest feedback. We strive to create an open, communicative, and inclusive culture that provides everyone with what they need to become the professional they want to be. We wish you the very best in your new endeavor.

Pros

new office in ATL is very nice

Cons

micromanaging and toxic exec leadership who discourage anyone from being innovative or saying anything as they control everything as if you're a 2 year old. The exec team in general is very out of touch with what's actually happening yet constantly blame the manager levels. Very much a B player culture so leaders like the C players. Don't think there have been any deals since q1 so business is not great. Not really moving to a SAAS model at all, product isn't supported.
