Tired of the fake positive reviews…

Pros

If you enjoy being treated like garbage, dealing with internal politics, and management that doesn’t have any business being in management, then this place is for you. This place had many more negative posts about it but the company pleads for their removal from Glassdoor, because they mention names. Well the most recent positive post mentions the CEO by name and it should be taken down too. It’s either a company made post or someone that was threatened with their job to make that post.

Cons

See the pros. Everything about this organization is a con. A name change will not help it. It is rudderless and this management team is the most abrasive, internally focused, and politically motivated group of people ever assembled. They all come from companies that had monopolies so customer satisfaction, user experience, and everything else required to run a successful business were non-existent. I give it 5 years before they have no customers left.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. All reviews and comments are important to us, as they serve as the foundation on which we build and the history from which we learn. As a new company built on the expertise of several combined leaders in the industry, our goal is to build a team where every member is included, valued, and provided the means to grow in their professional and personal life in the way that works best for them. History has taught us many things and we continually learn from our mistakes, maximize our wins, fail forward, and look to a bright future.

Pros

Hardworking and smart front-line employees

Cons

Outdated command-and-control development practices. Everyone is asked to do too much with too little support. A common situation is being told to ask your manager for more details about a new initiative, and then finding out your manager has not been told anything about that initiative. There's a culture of fear that comes straight from the top: everyone is terrified to make a mistake and eager to shift blame, because they know senior management will not support them if things go wrong. Hemorrhaging talent: I knew many people who were looking to leave or who wished they could.

Pros

Work from home is about the only benefit this company has.

Cons

First off to see an accurate review of this company go to SE2. Zinnia, previous name SE2, Wanted to spice things up and decided to change the name and many aspects of the company along with that. Don't let their reply fool you, this is a name change and if you don't fit along with it they will let you go. Look at the reviews for Zinnia, the 5*s, this is the direction from upper management to give a 5* or else be fired. Those reviews are lies just like the CEO feeds everyone. -Constantly worried about being replaced - Fire as many as possible and have others observed the work with no additional pay. Their goal is to lay off majority of the staff, ship them overseas and have onshore (US base folks) take on too much work. They do not care about your work life ratio, it's all about work and no life.

We are excited about the opportunities the combination of these excellent companies is creating. We know we aren't perfect and we know there are areas that are still being fine tuned. Throughout that process we appreciate the feedback and honest communication. Our goal is to challenge the status quo, build a new product founded on a supportive and inclusive culture. We are not perfect but we continue to pursue excellence in everything we do. We learn lessons along the way and work to incorporate them into the day-to-day so that every new day is better than the one before.
