While the company has good growth opportunities, my experience within my team was challenging specially working with team lead in base team nagpur department, the communication style often felt unprofessional and discouraging. Interactions sometimes created discomfort within the team, and morale was impacted as a result. Although company policies are in place, I personally felt hesitant raising concerns at the time. Due to this team environment, I eventually decided to resign. I hope the organization continues strengthening leadership accountability and fostering a respectful workplace culture.

1. Layoffs are handled poorly, significantly damaging employee morale and trust in leadership. Communication lacked transparency and clarity, leaving remaining employees uncertain about job security. If high performing individuals can be fired then no one is safe. 2. Reactive decision-making and frequent priority shifts create instability. 3. Growth and promotion criteria lack transparency and consistency. 4. Technical direction feels fragmented, with limited long-term engineering vision. 5. No clear growth track. 6. Psychological safety has eroded; employees are cautious rather than confident.
