The Company’s culture is dead. Leadership has been outsourcing and laying employees off right and left. It’s a very unstable environment, and employee morale is in the toilet. All investments in Agile methodologies and training have stopped in favor of the old document heavy Waterfall methodology. Leadership assumes nothing is getting done if they don’t have status reports in their hands and our butts in the office 5 days a week. And if you’re a minority gender or race, you can kiss any growth potential goodbye. Leadership only promotes those who look like them. Any new ideas and advancements just rock and help sink the already dilapidated boat the company has become. So sad!
