This organization should be ashamed of themselves. Every year the insurance benefits have gotten worse AND more expensive. Take care of your employees better. The people who make decisions on what medical insurance to offer should be embarrassed and ashamed

*constantly adjusting their work from home policy. the threat of taking it away was always there. *pay is extremely low for the industry. they counter it by saying it’s low but we are flexible with wfh but then they were threatening to take it away… take it away and there’s no pros working here *pay increases are non existent 1%-3% a year doesn’t hold up to inflation *promotions are non existent - due to covid, economic uncertainty, really any excuses they can come up with *frustrating environment if you’re a high producer . lazy coworkers that seem to be protected even though they don’t work. you’ll spend your time picking up their slack
