Pros

Good place to learn the basics and jumpstart your career. Your peers will be friendly and helpful.

Cons

You must return to office or you will not be considered for leadership. The hierarchy matters too much to a lot of leaders and keeps things from really improving.

Pros

The water fountains are cold

Cons

-Terrible leadership up top. -lack of care of employees. I work in a department that underwrites loans to all Zions affiliates. It spans 9 states primarily. We had been remote since 2020 and continuously took on more work. Today they just let us know we now have to come back in full time. I live just under the 50 mile radius that is needed to stay remote. So I just lost so much time of my life to commuting. They keep changing their reason on why it’s required. Honestly it’s my opinion they need to do layoffs but this way they can have people leave without being in the headlines about laying of x% of the company. This is honestly such a joke. They pretend like they care about everyone but will just upend everyone’s lives at their own discretion.
