Pros

Fun work environment. Awesome coworkers. Benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays for part time workers. Having peak time tellers and personal bankers was a huge plus, IF we could get one to our branch.

Cons

Constantly understaffed. One time I literally peed my pants because we were so understaffed and overworked, I couldn't take a bathroom break. Not much opportunity for growth unless you went to back office.

Pros

Not a bad work environment. Co-workers are good.

Cons

I feel like the bank is behind its competitors (with products, technology, etc). Mediocre compensation. With my experience, HR and recruiting departments did not meet expectations. All of these things lead to a generally high employee turnover across the company.

Pros

You get paid for most everything with no threshold. Bonuses for training.

Cons

Bad products. The products are not competitive with other banks. The company is dysfunctional. Really old technology that makes the job far more difficult than it should be.
