Pros

People are all good, there is no morally questionable things going on.

Cons

If you are a deal maker, this is a very conservative bank and the credit box is tight. While the management has been working loosening it, after 3 years here I don't expect it to change. Also pays less than other Banks.

Pros

I've worked in two different departments; one was very hectic and poorly managed, the other (that I currently work in) is generally low stress and very well managed.

Cons

Right before I started they increased their interdepartment hiring wait time from six months to one year so now I'm looking at other options because I don't want to wait.
