Pros

A very community-focused bank where we were able to go out and meet a lot of clients in the community. I had a variety of tasks that I did on the job and got to go out to a lot of events.

Cons

Very low pay. Not much room to move up.

Pros

Decent pay, if you like to travel peak time teller would be a good fit for you, almost everyday I was in a new branch location.

Cons

Zions bank is super outdated, they don't seem to have any plans of updating computer systems anytime soon. Management is not very understanding of needing time off.

They are heavily involved in the community, great executive management, wonderful reputation. Highly regarded bank in Utah. Great reputation.

Cons

Retail end suffers with inconsistency, health benefits are catastrophic health- not much is paid for.
