Pros

I am surrounded by very capable, well-trained, intelligent co-workers. There are clear goals, and weekly meetings to discuss productivity and progress towards the goals. The work is challenging and rewarding. Promotions are available to employees with talent and a good work ethic.

Cons

There is a predominant culture that is sometimes exclusive. The insurance leaves something to be desired.

Pros

I had plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement. Several managers/execs went to bat for me over the years, made sure I was taken care of. Wonderful experience overall.

Cons

Technology and systems lag behind significantly in some areas. This is being addressed through several large initiatives currently, however. It is an old, established bank that sometimes acts like an old, established bank... for good and bad.
