Pros

As a bank, it's a big player in the middle tier arena. It's not a Chase or Wells Fargo in that they have as many policies and restrictions, and they take pride in that they are genuinely concerned for the customer, and for their employees. There is opportunity to move up depending on what office and/or division you work in. HR is full of fantastic, compassionate people.

Cons

Depending on where you work, you could end up in a very small world of people that are stuck in their positions of lower level management with little intention of leaving, as you may be in a small town or smaller area. This can create a culture of stagnation or "my way or the highway" factor.
