Pros

Ethical employees who truly care about the customers. Community involvement is always encouraged. Great career advancement opportunities if you're willing to relocate or commute. Benefits are wonderful with ample vacation and paid holidays.

Cons

50 hour work weeks can be necessary to accomplish your responsibilities because of staffing. These hours more often than not, were the norm.

Pros

The people are excellent. I've never worked with such a great, supportive, and willing-to-help group of people. The atmosphere was good, and I felt like I worked for a respected, trusted organization.

Cons

I wished sometimes that I had had more training when I first started out. That was a challenge for me. I also disliked having my raises based off of generating business for the bank in a manner above and beyond what my job description called for.

Pros

I enjoy the employee's and atmosphere. Very laid back and understanding when needs arise in ones personal life. That is very rare indeed.

Cons

Have to say organization of projects. But that can be said for most large companies. Maybe it will improve. I'm sure it will.
