Pros

High emphasis on career development Great people and teamwork to get things done Managers have your back Great PTO package, 3 weeks for new employees, 4 weeks at 5 years

Cons

New return to office policy- most remote and hybrid roles have been switched to full time in office 5 days a week. Leaving some with unrealistic commutes Disconnect between vision between executive leadership and local leadership. Average salary and benefits are poor.
