Pros

Job security in an economy that where so many businesses are closing.

Cons

Not focused on customer service at all. Every transaction/body/phone call should be an approved loan or credit card or line of credit and they utilize these "missed opportunities" as an excuse to deny annual pay increase. Additionally, you're actually working 50+ hours a week, though only compensated for 40.
