Pros

Due to Zions being a local bank the lender has access to local credit underwriting decisions. Ability to drive lending that may not be approved elsewhere.

Cons

Culture can be a bit sexist. Zions is very silo’d leading to inconsistency across bank departments. Upper management remains in positions for a long time reducing the capacity to move up.

Great company culture, they advertise a lot of self promotion.

Pros

The benefits are okay and the people are great.

Cons

You feel like a number working for them. They don't want your opinion, just do what you're told.
