Pros

Great benefits! Where else can you get full benefits working for 20 hours a week. Fantastic flexibility for college students and pay above average for college students.

Cons

Run the other way if they want you to split your time between the teller line and the personal banking desk. they send you to training to open accounts and do loans, but then panic when there is a line in the lobby, so they want you at the teller line, so you can't retain anything you learned in the account side of your training.

Pros

Coworkers in may department are great, Flexible school scheudling

Cons

Managers will always low ball you on pay then turn around and pay someone more who had no banking experience. H append in 3 departments (yes i did ask for more and rejected offers because of it) Zions doesnt really compete in products. Zions declines almost everyone on credit products. Zions put themselves first and employees last in some occassions
