Pros

Very community based and focuses on community, outreach and making sure products and services aid community needs. Very organized Very employee friendly especially with regards to company networking. GREAT training center. Great instructors be very informative and they really strive to assist employees feel empowered with knowledge and confidence in their own role. I have since worked at 2 other banks and Zions has actually become the standard to which I compare other banks, as a consumer and banker

Cons

Politics can get in the way especially with promotions. Pay isn't the greatest. I was a teller III and didn't make nearly enough for my experience and the amount of work I was trusted to complete. Health insurance was kinda useless.
