Disrespectful

Pros

The job itself is very easy. All you have to do is keep the site clean and powerwash cars as they pull into the wash tunnel. Recently they added sales to the job description as well.

Cons

Management has little to no respect for standard employees. I have had 2 managers with this company, the first was rarely on site and never assisted with any of the day to day work. He would go to the gym on the clock and would not allow us to take lunch breaks. The second manager takes hour long lunches and does not acknowledge the work that any of the employees do. He promoted a new hire to assistant manager when there were 3 employees who were far better suited for the assistant manager position. When I applied to this job I asked if there was opportunity for growth/promotion and I was told yes. I came to realize this was a lie. there is little to no room for promotion within zips.
