-promised raises based on completion of skills checklists, but never received any raise. -manager was under 20 and lacked any manager skills or ability to lead. -complete disregard to availability. -expects employees to stay after shift to clean the "trench" (the drain that runs underneath that gets filled up with mud/debris up to your knee. -doesn't take customer complaints seriously. -leaves single employee to work entire morning weekend shift by themselves. -gives priority to the part-time employees (typically high schoolers) over their full-time employees that work 40 plus hours a week. -management did absolutely nothing and pushed off any tasks possible to lower paid employees. -management constantly sat in office and viewed cameras looking for any reason to write up hardworking employees.
