Changing of the Guard

Pros

The company is considering new ideas that are more consistent with traditional money making in the industry. New technology and structure are being implemented.

Cons

Hard and fast migration of former Verizon employees into to upper management leaves little operations knowledge. Response to COVID-19 is dismal, hypocritical, and often leads to calls from the HR department advising team members to "just quit". Zips is now being run by a private equity company that understands numbers and not people.
