CEO and Founders lacked vision, execution and integrity. They were completely tone deaf. Other "founders" lacked spine, work ethic and any management experience. CEO and Founders talked about transparency but did not live it. CEO is the biggest hypocrite on the face of the planet.

Cons, hmm.. You mean besides the fact that 400+ employees woke up to an email saying that Zirtual was ceasing all operations so we were all out of a job with no warning? Or that they encouraged us to pursue our clients and create an independent working relationship with them just to have them email our clients to try and bring them back to the "new" Zirtual? It wasn't bad enough to pull the rug out from under us once, they had to do it again. Lots of people never received their PTO and their health insurance was taken from their paychecks, even though they received no coverage for August. They then set up a new Zirtual where we would work as independent contractors and work at a 45/55% payment rate. There is little to no communication between Zirtual and their employees now, especially without our Pods. You're better off just setting up your own business - at least that way you'll get the full amount your clients pay.
