      Pros

      Amazing coworkers who are passionate about their job and about the overall growth of the company. Love that ideas matter.

      Cons

      Pay isn't great and communication can be scattered. I feel like there could be a better support structure put in place.

      Hey, thanks for taking some time to give us feedback. The culture is important to us so it's great to hear statements like "ideas matter" and "coworkers […] are passionate". That's what we're going for! Pay is something we're working on now with our "ZA Growth Plan" project. We really do want to offer great incentivization and growth opportunities. The recent move to our employee model was a big step and now that we have some stability, we're working on projects that'll enhance the position and make it more of a career role for our Zeople. Pay and Growth Opportunities are not our biggest strengths yet, but we do want to make them a strength of ours. It says you're a current employee—as always we're open to ideas and feedback.       Fake dumb place to work

      Remote company that esponse quickly.

      Cons

      Have doing a screening if you can pass the screening then. Have you doing an hour and 30 minutes scenario briefing for a second step Then they have you if they're doing our long zoom in a few with a whole bunch of openings and don't give you one and then they let you know really quickly in the user answers for other interviews to get them better jobs.
