Every pro was removed over a short period of time

Cons

Required you to be available to get something addressed within 5 minutes for most of the day, but you were only paid for the parts when someone called on you Reduced pay pretty early on Implemented a robotic template policy which turned employees "we trust to do their jobs" into nothing more than programmed scripts, unable to actually help the way they should; this also depersonalized the entire thing, nullifying the point of it

Interesting work with a flexiable schedule. Lots of support available if you know where to look.

Cons

Terrible pay. I was promised I could reach my full client load in a few weeks, but after 2 months I was still making very little money.
