      Pros

      Fantastic company to work for, love the flexibility to work from home and be able to utilize my skills and extend my experience. Company has an excellent benefit package

      Cons

      ZA pay could be better, however I know they are working on it. Wish they would implement a flexible working schedule. Rumor has it; it may be coming soon.

      Pros

      Rapidly growing - there is always change which is exciting! :) It's great having the ability to work from home and from anywhere really. Lots of great benefits - including the health insurance! This is the best health insurance I have had although I have worked for much larger employers.

      Cons

      The pay is a little low for ZA's, but the one thing is that they are always working on it. One of the things to remember as well is that there are a lot of opportunities to move up.

      Pros

      Work from home, get to do a variety of tasks, grouped with others in your area, weekly team video meetings to keep in touch, weekly one on ones with pod leader, good mix of clients and work to do, flexible hours starting in September so you can take a longer lunch or go to an appointment without requesting time off, good benefits, send you a chromebook to work on, can work virtually anywhere,

      Cons

      pay isn't fantastic but they are raising wages slowly over the next 12 months, which is awesome! Some clients are horrible at communicating so it makes the job harder than it should be, every client has a different personality so its hard to juggle the various communication styles, the templates they ask you to use aren't neccesary most of the time, but do help you organize the information if you need it, don't always get clients that use there hours, takes some time to build up your client hours
