Pros

It was a great place to work while things were seemingly going well for the company. Ability to work at home was wonderful.

Cons

Not incredibly flexible working hours. Company went under and fired everyone over night and we didn't hear from management again. Still haven't been paid PTO benefits because of bankruptcy issues.

Pros

I have the security of being an employee and several benefits that fall under that classification. I have an amazing support system and community that I cherish. Going to work is fun and exciting. I don't have to fight for jobs or clients and I truly feel close to everyone I work with. There is a sense of "we're all in this together, so help each other". I feel secure here. I feel cared about. I'm part of the team and it is my privilege to be here as it grows.

Cons

Working in a growing company means handling a lot of changes in policy and it can be confusing or difficult to incorporate at first. However it isn't exactly traumatizing and feedback is heard.

Pros

Zirtual is (and has always been) an incredibly thoughtful company. They treat their employees well and practice what they preach: finding a "win-win-win." That is, they strive to find solutions that fit the company, the client and you - the employee. Although Zirtual is a relatively young company and is not without it challenges, they really do urge employees to give suggestions, tell them what works, tell them what doesn't. More often than not, feedback from ZA's get integrated into Zirtual policies. It truly is a bottom-up company!

Cons

Being that they are growing exponentially (a good problem to have) there is a tendency for policies, systems, etc. to change quickly. One week, you're have a handle on your day to day route and the next you may have a new pod (new inner circle of teammates), new leadership, new login credentials! Although there's never a dull moment here, a perfect candidate is truly flexible and able to roll with the punches.
