      Pros

      Working for Zirtual has provided me with the biggest privilege- which is being able to stay home with my kids, and work at the same time. I love that I am able to respond to clients and complete tasks and still be able to interact with my kids. Zirtual is a team, and everyone works great together. Everyone is so nice and supportive!

      Cons

      Really there are only 2 "downsides" in my opinion. The first is the pay- Zirtual is currently working to increase this. However, $11 an hour is a little tough. Secondly, is the lack of flexibility. Those of us with kids to take to and from school could use a little bit more flexibility. Again, something that Zirtual is working toward improving.

      Pros

      Pod Leader (Manager) is always willing to go to bat for me if I feel I am being treated unfairly by a client. I also feel like I can always get in touch with upper management and get a quick response. Its the same thing for Payroll, Client Happiness, or IT. I always feel heard and with the monthly news letters it shows that Zirtual is trying to fix any issues or make working for them easier with better benefits and hours.

      Cons

      Difficult to request and get approved transferring a client to a different ZA if the current ZA and client don't work well together. This really only happens if the client requests it.

      Pros

      -work from home -wonderful clients as well as coworkers -great support -good benefits -great learning opportunity

      Cons

      -Pay...pay..pay The number of people we have to work with at one time is a big workload and can be very stressful at times. It is very enjoying but the variety of things that we have to accomplish needs to be rewarded with a higher pay rate.
