Pros

- This company cares about their employees. They make every effort to let you know that your voice is being heard and that they care. While the pay could be better, I don't believe that necessarily reflects how much a company cares. Zirtual shows it in many other ways and I'm positive they will raise the pay when they are able (they are a pretty new startup with limited funding, so give them time!) - Great work environment - there is a very positive and forward-thinking attitude among the execs that trickles down and creates a fun, positive culture. - Good benefits (from only the single, no dependants perspective - no idea what it's like for families) - Forward thinking execs - this is HUGE to me. Many other reviews complain of frequent policy changes, but to know that the execs are constantly evaluating themselves and the company to improve and move forward is a sign of a healthy, successful company. That will be huge as Zirtual grows - you don't want a company that is so set in their ways that they are unwilling to adapt. - Openness of the execs - This is also a huge one for me. The fact that the execs take the time to listen to their employees and also be completely open about their vision for the company.

Cons

- not great pay for ZAs (at starting level), but there are lots of opportunities to grow within the company. - The hours are not as flexible as I'd like, but it makes sense for the job (being available to clients).

Pros

Zirtual provides such a great community for its employees AND for its clients. The company is extremely transparent which cuts out confusion on both ends. I've never felt so looked out after by any other job. The fact that I have a ton more freedom now than I did working anywhere else is another one of the major selling points for Zirtual. Working from home is one thing, but this also affects things like moving, traveling, etc. I love that I don't need to sacrifice my livelihood in order to live my life. Zirtual believes in a Work - Life balance and a win - win - win for the company, clients, and employees and it really shows

Cons

The only thing that I'd ask for from Zirtual is more flexibility with my work week. It would be really nice if I (or anyone else) could have weekends on Monday and Tuesday. Since Zirtual is such a great option for stay at home moms and students, it would allow the ZAs to have more flexibility to do things like take classes, make appointments, etc. It would also open up availability for clients so they can still get support over the weekend if they need to. But that's just me wishing for a perfect world. I don't actually think the lack of this feature is a con about Zirtual. It would just be icing on the cake.

Pros

Great culture Offers many benefits Work from home/anywhere with wifi Learn several different industries and latest business tools Defined scope of work (you won't be doing anything anyone desires) No commute or gas!

Cons

Establishing and keeping clients can be difficult (but that's not Zirtual's fault) Pay PAy PAY -- It's far too low for college grads with families to live on (I can't afford to take advantage of the awesome benefits offered.)
