- the pay- your ZAs are your shining stars. Please give these college educated folks a wage that's more competitive. -the constant changes to policies/procedures -chill out on the corporate environment feel, it's only getting worse with time

Zirtual changed to employees only. Most of the staff who hired, trained and mentored me were let go to make room for more expensive middle management. Employees were not paid by the hour which meant if you couldn't creatively persuade your assigned clients into actually using their "plan" hours you didn't get paid for those hours at all that month. Communication also was horrible. New rules/ processes were mass emailed one boss, confusingly implemented by employees then pulled by another boss. This happened often. New employees were brought in with much stricter rules. They lost the freedom of working around their home schedules to the point that the only real benefit received was not driving to work. Each time I see a new job posting the pay for new employees is less.
