      Pros

      the idea of zirtual was really great - provide virtual administrative/personal assistant support to a number of clients. i enjoyed working with my majority of my clients and got exposure to some cool industries. working from home was great.

      Cons

      the rules changed all the time, pay was very low for the work expected from us, clique-y management. having to time your work down to the minute was annoying.

      Decent work from home job if you aren't looking to make a fortune

      Pros

      Ability to work from anywhere. Great coworkers, solid sense of community. Good training and support from managers and team. Clients from all different industries, great learning experience.

      Cons

      Low pay. Definitely need a second income stream - probably best for stay at home moms/dads or younger kids that still live at home or have a roommate to help split bills. Lots of clients for such a low hourly rate. No clearly defined path for advancement.
