Pros

To begin with, it was really exciting. Everything was shiny and looked promising. I thought the pay was even pretty decent for what I was being asked to do.

Cons

The entire company was not functioning on a financial level -- at all. There was no warning or any kind of courtesy to let us know we should begin looking for other jobs. Instead, just total shutdown one Monday, out of the blue.

Work from home, great employees and teammates. If you get a lot of tasks at once you can reach out to teammates for assistance! Management really seems to care about their employees!

Cons

Pay is low but management is looking at that and increases should be made within the next 12 months.
