Pros

Working from home and w some cool podmates, everything else was terrible.

Cons

When you work with paying clients, they want you to do things THEIR way, not Zirtuals way. This leads to a lot of frustration and fear of breaking the ridiculous rules that Zirtual places on their employees. A lot of phony 'we care about you' crap from Zirtual. Anyone that buys into that is delusional. This is most obvious with CHA. No one stays long enough to truly benefit from the quarterly bonuses! Doesn't make up for such low pay. A lot of recent amazing reviews are fakes. They echo the same sentiments over and over again, no commute! Paid holidays! Working out the kinks! They are working on the low pay! **hi zirtual!!** After 6 months you can become a ZA2 and earn a 50 cent an hour pay raise!!! So exciting!!! Plan on taking on another client or 2!!! This company is downright abusive. Anyone thinking about applying, do yourself a favor and apply somewhere (anywhere!!!) else. You will be lied to by upper management and deal with a completely AUTOMATED client placement system. What morons run this company??!!!

Pros

The ability to work from home and not miss the Stay at home mom life. I can work from my couch, my bed, my kids playroom. I don't have to pay for daycare and I don't have to miss out on the important things in life. With all of these fantastic pros aside another pro is this company. This company is all about being a team and not just another name on a paycheck. This company cares about you, about how you feel working for them. The other ZA's are helpful and not out to get you, or out to fire you, they are there to help encourage and uplift, even working from home I don't feel alone.

Cons

It is a set 8:30 - 5:30 mon- fri job. Fantastic hours but set. Maybe the pay could be better, but when I factor in not needing to pay for daycare or gas to and from work or even lunch while at work it is worth it.

Pros

The pros are some of the people you get to meet during training, the trainer-Steve, and the opportunity to work from home.

Cons

The training is fast and furious and for the people that don't catch on to all the different templates and checklists and emails and google chrome and google hangout and the list goes on in the four days of training, they let you go. There is alot to learn and people learn differently. There were some areas I did well with and others I didn't, but with time knew I would be just fine, but wasn't given that time. I had planned to quit anyway because I feel the training is insufficient, and they change things it seems daily. Templates, checklists, etc. I have worked in administrative jobs for over 24 years and have had my employers give me nothing but high recommendations.
