- Benefits - Stable company - People you work with are awesome/have a lot of integrity

Cons

Direction of company is clear but senior management isn't competent, supposed to be full integration of teams but no clear direction for teams, no transparency, management likes to dangle carrots instead of following through with promises, work life balance is terrible, culture in the office is unappealing

Pros

I have watched the culture at Zix change over the years and am really impressed at the direction the Company is headed/the new talent that we have added to our teams. Most of the executives care about the success of the company and care a lot about their employees. Benefit package is great and the continued attention to providing exceptional benefits in the every changing insurance world does not go unnoticed.

Cons

Some executives/management are not able to adapt to times/change is difficult for some managers. As a tech company we should look like a tech company
