Free drinks in break room.

Cons

Nobody knows what they are doing. Very bad management and culture. Company does not care about its employees, only the final dollar.

Pros

Some extremely friendly and bright people work here. There is always lots going on in terms of engineering and development opportunities.

Cons

No regard or acknowledgment given to lower level employees whatsoever. There is a focus on sales and little else. I agree with another review which states that if you're neither an engineer nor a white male, you likely will not succeed here. There is definite favoritism, and it's not based on merit.

Can earn a good salary. Knowledgeable team that works internally well together. The software works and the customers are happy with the solution

Cons

Mid management focuses primarily on micromanaging. There is a major disconnect between management and employees. Very high turnover on a small team due to lack of trust in management
