Pros

I have been working here for over six years, and have seen this company go through so many ups and downs. All in all, I am very proud to work here and with the recent acquisition, I look forward to what’s in store for us and being part of the tremendous growth that we will experience in the coming years. Very dynamic working environment with lots of flexibility. Relaxed dress code. Consistent growth year over year. Everyone acts like a team player, you never feel like people are trying to get ahead of you to climb the corporate ladder. Minimal bureaucracy (although that may change because of the acquisition). No need to follow the chain of command when you need to get an answer. Great location with lots of food choices for lunch. Many young people work here now (opposed to the first 4 years I worked here), and many of them are starting to shape the culture for the better.

Cons

Lack of training programs for newly hired employees. Most people are thrown in the deep end in the beginning to figure things out, but after a few months, everything seems to work out for them. Unpredictable schedule for most engineers because of what is needed to support various activities in the field. Office is quite crowded (although new space is scheduled for Q4 this year).
