Pros

Hand Sanitizers, Masks and the remaining Co-Workers.

Cons

Everything about the management. Sadly all the bad reviews are true, despite the recent fake positive reviews. ( Probably the recruiter or HR has written it to boost up the rating level since candidates tend to look at Glassdoor before accepting an offer.)

Pros

-Nice coworkers, that's about it.

Cons

-Clueless management. Expect a re-org at least once or twice a year. -Lazy people don't get fired here, no rewards or incentives for hard workers. -Company is very top heavy. -No more free food or snacks. -A lot of good engineers are leaving or have already left, only a few remain. -Benefit being completely cut, used to get $1500/yr for vision/dental expenses.

Pros

Free Snak, Free Electric charger station

Cons

Awful management, they only know how to talk nonsense and managers play golf together. They do not design too much and make anything in the house, they just buy everything from outsources and selling to Airlines, which looks like a Home Depot, but call themselves Aerospace innovation company. Matt Smith, who is the CEO and all his management team do not have literary management and they got promoted with just friendship.
