-Some Great Individuals -Outstanding Benifits -Room to Advance -Group Activities -Annual Updates of the Company -Flexible Hours Depending Your Situation -Snacks -Approchable Managment -Approachable HR - As long as you are, and keep your conduct, professional, and do your job you’ll be fine. If you have questions ask, and they will be answered. People shouldn’t have to base their willingness to work and learn off of a few bad nuts. Stick to your own work ethics and use this place as a practice ground to better your skills. I hear a lot of people whining, but at least if you get the job done for yourself you’ll find self worth here that you can later on take anywhere.
Cons
-Lack of Comminication Between Departments -Progam Management and Planning Wait Until the Last Minute to Get Customer Shipments Out Which Causes High Levels of Stress. -Program Management Makes Near Impossible Promises to the Customer and Puts Them on Other Departments Shoulders to Carry Out. -Pay doesn’t match the output that is demanded by the company, but I guess the benifits make up for some of it.
