Pros
Free junk food (at least before everyone hoards it away in their cubes), free coffee/soda. If you happen to be on the software team you can enjoy a beautiful spread of delectable catered goodies once a week, but don't touch it if you don't code!
Cons
Its a cesspool.. Probably the worst job I've had, with some of the scummiest individuals I've ever encountered. A place where mediocrity is celebrated, and nepotism/cronyism is the norm. HR is completely unapproachable, unethical and apathetic; most people are too afraid to even talk to them. Benefits are average at best, salary is ok but hours are horrendous. A great place to take a vacation, awesome for people watching but more of a stepping stone than anything.
