It's a large company so plenty of resources.
Cons
As a former employee of the company that they acquired all I can day is they lied about so much. "We'll never change your culture!" Except they cancelled all.of our employee appreciation events because "that's not the Zoetis way." If they had replaced them with different events that would be different but they simply took them all away. I know of so many employees who have left because unless you are upper management they don't care about you. You're just a cog in their wheel and they let you know how easily you can be replaced.
