Management is absolutely toxic. Favoritism is a huge factor. Call center is extremely understaffed. Salaried employees are forced to help hourly workers while their own department is suffering terribly from a 60% cut in staff, but management could care less. Management to busy talking about their personal lives / weekends and cackling in meeting room all day instead of trying to find more people to hire or helping their current staff who is DROWNING. Equivalent to a sweat shop. Extremely toxic and extremely high turnover. Within the last 3 months, over 10 employees willingly left call center because of this impossible environment, even without having another job lined up.
