Good benefits including tuition reimbursement and Flex Time, but that is dependent on your manager. PTO is good, but doesn’t allow more than 5 days into a new year.

Cons

Management use salaries to bully people to work 7-5pm every day. If you have a decent manager (unlikely) you will be worked to the bone.
