      Pros

      They seem to be very well established with good money flow and income. I have no worries about losing my job or the plant closing. The benefits are ok but they could be better like they are at other companies. We might also be bought by another company which would increase the stock value and with the stock purchase program there, there is potential to make a lot of money. They also match some of what you purchase which is a good thing. People there are relatively nice and smart. The 401k is also very generous with a good financial company managing it.

      Cons

      There is always a possibility that the job will move to China. They have a large presence in China so that is a constant possibility. It is also very difficult to move up the chain there since the company is somewhat small. That is why the career opportunity is so low here. People leave a lot as well. So senior management and corporate people jump ship quite a bit. A lot of people end up leaving to go off and do better things and so the turnover rate is very high here. But genereally, some stay only because they have to and not because they want to.
