Pros
The company is innovative when it comes to the pharmaceuticals
Cons
- Absolute lack of work life balance in this role. You will be asked to do more and more, but it isn't even feasible on paper. - You will work directly with a diagnostics counterpart, and the relationship might be very hard to navigate - Call/site visit expectations are unrealistic in MANY territories, unless you live in a metro area and have a small territory - You'll be required to house/store TONS of trunk stock and training materials, including things that need to be refrigerated - This role is becoming more sales heavy, and is now quota based but not as heavily as the sales counterpart role you work directly with - Minimal admin days are allowed, ex: 1 per month maximum - Frequent travel - Multiple out of the field trainings - Tons of upper leadership jumping ship
