      Good products and benefits... While the company has potential, meaningful improvements in leadership, communication, and employee engagement are needed to create a more positive and productive work environment.

      Cons

      Decision-making appears reactive rather than strategic, leading to frequent changes in direction and unnecessary disruptions to daily operations. Morale suffers due to a lack of transparency, accountability, and support from leadership. Talented employees are often left without clear development opportunities or recognition for their contributions.

      Remote Hybrid Full time Consistent hours Option to be hired in full time

      Cons

      Contractor to colleague pipeline is tiresome no matter how hard you work or how much initiative to learn you exemplify. I was told benefits would happen in six weeks, then six months, etc etc - almost two years went by. There is very clear nepotism and the company doesn’t mind milking their temp employees to the maximum extent, creating high turnover.
